Alloxentric’s system administrator performs the administration of the servers and services that make up the Xentric platform, including perimeter security systems (such as firewalls and IPS), load balancers, remote site management, MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases, application servers, TTS and STT servers and others.

Main Responsibilities
Manage and plan the development of the infrastructure of our platform. Setup the team to deliver operational excellence.

What We Look for in a Candidate

  • A person enthusiastic about building an area of systems administration and eager to learn about global distribution platforms for content and artificial intelligence.
  • Knowledge of Linux and legacy telephony platforms such as Genesis, Asterisk or Avaya is desirable.
  • Systems Engineer or related career.
  • Native Spanish, advanced English (desirable).

Technical Product Owner

Role
We are looking for a person to join our team as a Product Owner and take charge of our Artificial Intelligence product. The work is in close collaboration and coordination with the Development, Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience teams, as well as requiring direct interactions with the client.

Main Responsibilities
Responsible for the success of the product, as well as leading the multifunctional team responsible for its improvements. Must establish the product strategy, its roadmap and the definitions of its functionalities. Requires collaboration in budgeting and profitability analysis.

What We Look for in a Candidate

  • At least 3 years of experience designing technology products.
  • Have design and programming skills that ensure proper communication with the development teams.
  • Enthusiastic, committed and dynamic, with interest in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and NLU (Natural Language Understanding).
  • Demonstrate a structured and orderly work style.
  • Market research and client communication skills.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
